Hotel Enza Florence, Florence

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although reasonably priced, lacked breakfast and hot water but were comfortable once settled in. The service, although a bit questionable with a misunderstanding, was welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, close to various attractions and convenient for exploring Florence. The dining options were nice, offering a decent selection. The facilities met my expectations, providing a satisfactory experience.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were quite large and clean, with a large comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The additional single extra bed was convenient, and the room was reasonably priced at around 35 euros maximum. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance of major attractions but away from the tourist crowds. The dining experience offered a varied choice, including nice fruit options.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Enza! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Mercato Centrale and an easy 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella Stazione. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, the outside the staff smoking area was very cold, and there was no hot water in the shower during my stay. The service was outstanding, with the staff always there to help and provide useful information. The breakfast at the hotel was typical Italian and great value for money, but mainly consisted of sweets and sugar items. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Arriving at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, with a room that had some cleanliness issues and electrical problems but offered a private bathroom just outside. However, the constant presence of mosquitoes dampened the initial experience. On the bright side, the location was superb, just a short walk away from the main attractions in Florence.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room next to the reception was quiet and had a handy remote control for the air conditioning, set at a comfortable 21 degrees Celsius. While the room is on the smaller side expected in a three-star hotel, it was impeccably clean and peaceful, providing much-needed air conditioning during the summer.
